Step 3) Reset Windows Update Components

1. Ran the update troubleshooter. It claimed it found and fixed problems. Restarted my computer, tried running Windows Update. Same error.
The main issue I have with your video is you make it sound like you have to complete all of these steps. I think what you really mean is if Step 1 doesn't fix the problem then go on and try the next step.
