The hole to keep the logs together is such a great idea, i remember seeing videos similar to this where they made a swedish torch and they used metal wire to keep it all together and i just thought man what a lousy trick you gotta carry metal wire with you everywhere to utilize it, but hey there's an even better idea, just use the ground

Nice little axe. I picked up the same one at TSC. Very sharp. I've been whittling walking sticks with it. Easy to handle but cuts really well.
