Got these on my 97 Astro, and they deal with snow pretty great. the AWD and good tires makes it handle like a new car.

I put a set on my 2012 Tacoma TRD 4x4. I really like them. They grip great and they look great! Would definitely buy them again. I live in Toledo, OH. We get some pretty nasty weather during the winter.

FYI those are now $600 or more for a set of four at the end of 2021 -- slight increase from $360 four years ago. They do have a solid reputation and great reviews.

Just bought a set myself can’t wait to put them to the test here in NJ. Just waiting on the big storms to hit us. All we’ve been getting is about an inch or less.

Same size is almost double that now. Discount tire (in MI) sells the 245/70 R16 111T XL BSW for 664.00 (166.00 each) which doesn't include any extras.

The noise that people say it may have is from the two types there's the e load rating which changes just a little on the tread style and the weight is 45 lbs the sl load rating the tire is about 35lbs that may be a factor for the noise

I have them at 32psi and they start getting noise around 30-35mph but not that noticeable until highway speeds they do get little more noise but other then that I like them. I have about 4500 miles on them

Getting some on my 2004 f150 soon. Coming from BF Goodrich KO2s. Not wanting to spend 1500 for tires and installation and balance. Got a local tire guy where I'm from who'll do this for my truck for 700 and they're bigger tires of course than yours but not bad for me which is 80% on road 20% off.

Maldo72, thanks for taking the time to record, edit and post you review. I am think about purchasing this tire for my truck. What about highways and interstate speeds are they noisy then at high speeds?

The more snow you have in your treads is better for traction not the other way around. They say the best traction is snow on snow. You don't want the tire to chuck the snow you want it to stay in the treads. Trust me I live in canada where we get ten feet of snow.
