I was in the grocery store and they played this song, so I danced like I was 5 years old a big smile on my face. People laughed at me, but I was too lost in the love of God to care. Long live the love of God!

This April, when I could feel the Lord was directing me and helping me break away from a relationship with my girlfriend, one who was always supportive of me but not a believer, I kept choosing God to direct me. Through Jesus' spirit, even though I didn't want to let go and wanted her to be saved to be with me, I knew I chose to be more in prayer which distanced me in the relationship, as hard as it was. When she finally decided enough was enough, peace entered me as she broke it off and I left to go to my car to pray in a field. This song was on the whole way before and after the breakup. Letting me know God wanted me to let go and let love and live life like its suppose to be. To be pure, righteous and focus on a relationship with Him. I hope this encourages whoever reads this, because I used to be focused on legalism and works. It just shows how much God is for us.

For the past two weeks I’ve been fighting really bad anxiety and depersonalization, and yesterday I finally broke. All the stress and fear from the past just washed out in tears, and I cried out to God, asking Him for help. I knew I couldn’t handle anything by myself like I though. Immediately I felt better. There was a warmth in my heart, which I knew was God’s hand. Now I feel like myself. Unafraid of the future and ready for whatever God has for me. When I gave it to God, He put this song in my head. And honestly, this testimony could not be more true. Now that I’ve let go, I’m findinf life, and I’m finally myself again. :))

I desired this man who I knew would never fit in with my faith. I thought I was strong enough to resist, but when the moment of truth came, I failed. Yet God in His goodness intervened. "I was at the edge of deception, caught up in my own hesitation." But God saved me, yet again, from another mistake. I am dealing with the pain that comes as a consequence of my heart wavering from His will, but I'm thankful for God's mercy to me. I was about to trade a bounty of blessings for a bowl of soup, but God didn't let me.
