This Saturday and Sunday, the cherry blossoms will be in full blooms around Tokyo. But from Thursday midnight to Friday noon, it will be raining. I made up my mind to enjoy sakura this Sunday morning!!

i agree with yamatrips on going later rather than early. i went between 23rd to 30th march last year and missed the cherry blossoms practically completely. This was due to a sudden artic blast from siberia that made the forecast last year go haywire and bloom 10 days later than usual. the somei yoshino only started to blossom 4-5th april. in my time there i saw less than 5 cherry tress STARTING TO BLOOM😩😥
