NEVER BUY FROM PURE EV!!! BAD PRODUCT BAD SERVICE! I bought Etrance Neo 3 months back, and facing issues from the first week itself.
For instance, at a time the battery is at 50% level, but at the very next moment the scooty shuts down and the battery level reaches 0% level. Plenty of times I myself had to tow the vehicle to home for several kilometers. I raised the concern with customer care and the dealer numerous times but not getting any response.
I spend 1 lakh from my savings on this scooty but now it is just parked at my home and of NO USE.
@PURE EV I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!! Hope any further escalations would not be required. Purchase date 5/12/2022. Dealer - Sai Electric, jaipur

I have bought pure ev for 9 months and after 3 months the vehicle is compliant and after 6 months the vehicle is compliant and the battery has been given to the showroom and I have not received it yet. Similarly four of my friends have battery compliant and they have not got it replaced yet. Don't buy
