Hilarious that he survived the nuclear reactor and being incinerated by exploding the fuel tank at point blank, but then gets killed by a small piece smacking him in the face. Though to be fair I think that probably the most common cause of death in this game.

The cutting tool (splitsaw) only does exactly what's described. The red dots show what's going to get cut, and it's based on where the solid lines are. If the solid lines go onto a piece it can cut, it will cut it (in a straight line) until the edges of that thing, so to avoid cutting stuff you don't want to one has to be very careful with where the solid lines of the splitsaw is situated. Also look at where the red dots are. If you see red dots where you don't want them, be wary.

that moment of 'but where's the boom? haha i'm a wizard - *BOOM*' is worthy of a shorts video!

That pipe flying towards your helmet was one of those nightmare sights you don't want to see at a worksite. Where your brain goes "oh shit that's gonna hit me".

Wander is a wizard, and as we all know Fireball is the wizard's best friend.
(This is why I prefer Hypnotic Pattern at level 5.)

Been looking forward to another video of this. It's oddly relaxing to watch the (mostly) methodical disassembly, and the monologues are often quite interesting to listen to.

30:04 This is what happens when there's a fuel tank in line with the crosshair directly behind what you're cutting.

This one was a little scuffed by hey, perfect run every time is no fun

I actually looked up how quickly some people could do this, and it turns out that there’s a Race mode you get later in the game. It’s basically a daily challenge. I’ve watched a video of a guy take out a large ship in about 15 minutes. Biggest take away was that the line cutting tool has its path set as soon as you fire and that demo charges are great for breaking stuff apart, like the framing around that fuel tank.

There is a instant death glitch/bug, but i won't spoiler where. (it's really scary)
It made me avoid certain type of ships.

That was a beautiful finishing. Glad I was there to see it live.

Wander the biggest item you missed was whatever was GLOWING RED in the Barge, anything glowing red in the barge doesn't belong down there, everything else locks in place now

As someone with literal hundreds of hours in this game, that is still one of the most frustrating feelings. The failures seem to cascade one after the other. Even with me able to cut up and full salvage a large jav in 40 min or less, i still make the mistake of clipping a fuel line. What worse, the fuel lines are far heavier then they used to be

You dont need to touch something in order to push with the grapple, think of it like kicking a football.

45:25 As Weaver mentioned, it can be useful to use the different scanner modes. I know this probably counts as backseating, but from watching all the videos since the game released, I can't even tell if you know HOW to change modes. You never use nor mention them outside of when you buy them.
