Chandrayaan 3 Landed: PM Modi Calls ISRO Chief Just After Chandrayaan-3 Success

In a historic achievement, India has also become the very first nation in the world to achieve a lunar landing in the Moon's enigmatic south polar region, marking a pioneering achievement that propels the country into the forefront of lunar exploration. The Chandrayaan-3 mission landed its Vikram lander on the Moon this evening at 6:03 pm. The Vikram lander carries the Pragyaan rover inside, which will now set out to explore the lunar surface.
