I am getting a little ‘over it’ of the negative survival videos talking about women over 60 and being afraid to hit that milestone and surviving like it is some kind of life trauma.

Hi Sandra! Am a 79 yr. old guy and I also enjoy this message. Women are always beautiful at any age. God put them here to bring grace and sensitivity to our world. We should all avoid the ridiculous drama of getting older. It is so important to ENJOY each moment when we are 27, 39, 51, 72, or 97 years old. We are here. Yes, WE ARE HERE! Thank you for your uplifting videos

Getting old is a privilege some don’t get the opportunity to experience

I've found a lot of freedom at 63, and being invisible has its benefits, lol! A sense of humor is what separates me from the whiners around me. I look out at the beautiful mountain view and think the same God that made them made me, and I am as beautiful and amazing as those mountains! God bless you, Sandra!××

Life at any age is what you make of it. Eat well, exercise or walk, dance, laugh often and love.

I’m 82 and am most of the time thriving. What you said that really hit home was this is the time for freedom. I love being my own person. My significant other passed away in October. I live with my dog and we are doing very good moving toward great together. I socialize very little. Seem to be content doing my own thing. Take care

I just turned 77 yesterday and am so thankful to be alive, able to take care of my husband and myself and all of our wonderful pets😊 You are such a positive inspiration. Thank you for your wonderful messages. Hugs, Connie

This reminded me when I had just turned 65, an employee who recently turned 40, kept saying "she was getting old": I secretly smiled to myself, and thought, " I hope she really enjoys her 40's that is a great age" Now, at 76 years of life, my friend tells me "I am old!" WHAT!!?? I just reply, "I AM NOT OLD, just older!!!" Yes, I have slowed down a bit, not able to do a few things I once did, but inside, I am still that young girl. Until my last days on earth, I will try and keep up that spirit, and enjoy life as best I can!

I’m loving my 76 year old self, refuse to live any other way, I look after myself just as I did when I was a teenager, because I am worth it. ✨♥✨

“We don’t look like we used to”, but Hallelujah!, we don’t have the pressures of having to have an AI face, with exaggerated facial features to be attractive to find a mate or to remove any evidence of aging. I’ve been responding to the many MD’s and doctors online that promote Anti-Aging agendas. No wonder we hate aging! It’s looked and discussed as undesirable. I’m 67 years old and I’m having my best life right now.

Wow what aPOWERFUL message. I have a mother, who is not a good mother to myself or my sisters. My sisters will have nothing to do with her, and now it falls me, the eldest to care for her. It is her mission every day to see how miserable she can make me and to steal away my golden years. I am 62 now, and I am determined that I am going to find a way to prevent her from stealing away the joy, happiness, the blessingsthat God gives me each and every day I have. Thank you so much for reinforcing my backbone.

💯! Amen. I am so tired of everyone I know facing birthdays over 60, 70, 80 etc with dread….it is just a day or a number..it is not your life definition….get on with yourself and accept the limitations you may now have with grace and not complaining. Each day is a gift, it’s our choice to make the best of it and our choice not to wallow about what we “ can’t” do anymore, find something else you can do. Thank you for addressing this topic Sandra..you are a great person!

Amen, Sister Sandra! I agree 100% with you. The people who complain and traumatize and dramatize their existence ...really, who wants to be around that. I don't. Besides, the experiences we've had are called life. Isn't that what we're here for? So your message is much needed. I love seeing and hearing the fire in you! You go, girl!

Hi Sandra yes we are here and so much to offer. Three days ago I lost a friend to cancer. He fought so hard to still be here . In the blink of an eye he is gone . It is an honor that we are here as women and whatever our role is . I just turned 71 and what a blessing to experience this stage in life. You are not invisible to the people that matter or more important to yourself . I am so on board with your passionate outlook !!!! As always right on point and I truly hope women especially and younger ones as well embrace their worth and power. ❤️

In May I will be 59 and I’m loving my life my kids are grown and I don’t let them get me involved in the drama . I told them they have to figure it out just like I did.And I was a single parent to my 2 kids and I survived.

My first thought when you appeared on screen was wow blimey Sandra looks amazing! You truly do! I love your make up! Your eyes sparkle! Your an inspiration! I’m 44.. feeling no where near as glam as you are ! Infact I don’t think I have anywhere near the energy you seem to have and you seem so positive! There is a lot to learn from you! I feel ashamed for moaning! But it does feel like right now it’s hard being a parent/ wife/ friend etc ..but I’m grateful to be here regardless! always love your videos Sandra thank you xx

You go girl! Couldn't have said it better myself. I'm 75, widowed, and to me, life is an adventure. It's getting better every day. I spread positivity not gloom.
