Butch tries out a GoPro Hero HD Wide helmet cam while riding a bike along Denman Street, Vancouver, then up West Georgia Street. Test ride for me to see how well the helmet cam works and to learn what adjustments I should make. The sound from the GoPro Hero is pretty useless when the protective watertight casing is on, even with the open back option... so I removed the camera sound and replaced it with a few selections from my music files. @ScaredPiglet I've been thinking of carrying a sound recorder with the helmet cam to get some natural sound. I can't ride bikes too often because my knees hurt constantly as it is from arthritis... but I put up with the pain to ride once in a while.
