I will also be sharing my humble suggestions to improve the Master Plan that will benefit all Singaporean. Especially those staying in older public flats. And to part it off. I will unearth some of the lobangs that you can plan to make money through property investment.

Great video and sharing as always, interesting that you brought up the Newton plot ratio increase and the Prudential Tower plot. been eyeing something there but still wary of boutique projects, CCR slow appreciation and ACS Primary's impending move to Tengah in 2030. much to think about, thanks!

Nice video! Asking your opinion, the plot around ex-Tanglin Sec + 8 HDB blocks of Sers. It’s now cleared for the upcoming West Coast MRT, the rest of developments should see announcement in 1-2 yrs or even this GE. Vested in a landed around 3-5mins walking, in the midst of investing another one soon. What do you think if its capital appreciation potential?? I think rental will be great too after MRT is up in coming years..😂

Jai Hind. Sure like London before where street were covered with gold, Singapore is now the city that will be covered by URA goldmines. Since there are so many good money making lobangs in Singapore for property speculators, why are so many people still complaining that Money not Enough to the government?

What do you think of the potential of properties in marina bay, tanjong pagar? The psf of resale units has remained stagnant for at 15 years while all other areas psf have already increased at least 50%. Thanks.

For own stay buying in ulu or up and coming areas is a bad idea in my opinion. No good amenities yet and when it comes it would be years of construction.
Curious to see how the Bayshore GLS will turn out. With developer markup pricing will be pretty steep- perhaps over recent D15 launches.

Bayshore GLS bidding done. 8 developers participated and the highest psf ppr offer was $1388.
