It is so imperative to find balance. Be calm and rest helps your body recover from stress you’re not even aware you carry. Be still and know that I am God comes to mind. We have to give ourself room from doing so much to make sure we hear the word of God. In my car I have a rearview mirror Angel with the message “Don’t drive faster than your Angel can fly”.
