Notice how the store owner thinks that by limiting hours you limit how much contact people have with each other? all you do is condense the hours in which people arrive at the store making them all there at one time. Shortening hours doesn't reduce the foot traffic. It puts you out of business if patrons flock to the competitor. Am I the only person who understands this?

I understand wanting to reduce hours for safety reasons but the problem I have with that is that some of us like me have jobs to go to during the day. Ceasing daily operations by 6pm would make it next to impossible for me & likely others (depending on your State liquor laws) to get spirits of any kind. I’m lucky grocery stores in my state are allowed to sell alcohol & liquor ads if I had to deal with states that only sell it in liquor stores I’d be dumb **** out of luck with store hours like that. I’d LITERALLY would have to request time off just to buy the stuff if I were in the wrong part of the USA.
