Raven one of the things u can buy with tickets is the little neck thing u were complaining about its a part of the black and white dress with the headband just check the mannequin and its on the neck! that way u CAN color just that! You can also save colors in dti when u click recents just click next to it on save so u dont have to copy and paste the url every time! And one last thing- There is a headband without the flower i'm pretty sure its near the heart necklace but if its not its prob near the books!
