Adam and Steve present on a significant work at height change programme currently being rolled out across over 20,000 of their telecoms field engineers. It involves the use of a new ladder safety system which restrains the engineer to the ladder in the event of a fall. It also helps keep the ladder secure and stable throughout the course of the job. But the real focus of the session is about working with others to firstly identify and test the system, and then successfully begin to implement it, with an 18-month plan.

The stakeholders involved include: other organisations and peers, equipment suppliers, senior management, procurement, customer service, field teams, unions and even other telecoms companies from around the world. Adam and Steve will cover how working with stakeholders not only made a real difference getting the project moving, but also made for a much more successful implementation.
