The DS620a is for American markets. Due to U.S. Patents already in place some features regarding rollback are disabled as I understand it.

Anyone having issues with the DNP DS620 and the latest Windows 10 version 1703? My driver crashes when clicking on the tab "printer info". Installed latest drivers and latest firmware. Had to revert back to Windows 10 version 1607. Not liking it. Makes the system less stable.

Since Citizen manufacturers the printers for your company why don't your machines support 600x600 dpi printing? When Citizen puts their logo on the same machines their print specs are 600x600 dpi. Why would someone want to sell draft mode prints to their customers claiming it is somehow "professional" quality when that is entirely untrue?

U sure do not get back with customers! we buy and we are stuck with it. no tech support on the weekends! your office tech line is confusing at best. WAHT ARE NORMAL WORKING HOURS! took me 5 pages and 2 phone calls. a recorded messages. They are Monday - Friday ONLY !

This new printer is so "enhanced", that it destroys your roller, if you print lots of 13x18 (5"x7") - it creates imprints on your roller, which make visible stripes on your 10x15 (4"x6"). We have bought the printer when it was put on the market, without being noticed of the possible damage switching the role formats could do. It appeared later in the documentation. Do you really buy this expensive unit to print just one role format? I think that DNP should compensate for the repairs here. So much for a "workhorse" ...
