I listened to this song yesterday, and coincidentally it was my father's death anniversary. This song warmed up like a blanket around me. It hit hard. Now, I'm currently living alone at my dormitory, both of my parents no longer around, and three of siblings are out on their own with their own family. They're still there but, it really is sad sometimes how you missed all those times during Christmas where you were complete. That's why this song hits so hard. You really wonder when you'll find another home for yourself. It's sad but it's somehow a comforting moment. Idk why. But thank you for this song, NIKI. It did make me tear up a little but also warmed me up for those memorable moments I had with my family.

i miss my mom. this would be my/our first Christmas without her. she died this year 30th of October from breast cancer. i couldn't help missing her so bad with this song cuz this brings so much nostalgic feels of being a kid with a complete and happy family.

my birthday is coming as well on January 2nd and im 19 without her and i haven't been graduated in performing arts course. i always dream going upstage holding my degree with complete parents and for them to see how i'll reach my dream being a musician. Niki helped me choosing what i wanted in life and that's music, pursuing it.

thank you nicole. i'm hoping to see you one day and thank you personally for being such an inspiration not just to me but for everyone who has the same dream as mine.

im not even a christian. but somehow at somepoint, imagining someone out there celebrating christmas without family/friends are made my heart hurt so bad. imagining you cannot feel the moment that should be best memories of your life are just too sad. for people out there, who are not getting the chance to celebrate big days in your life with your love ones, hopefully this song could make you cry enough to understand that you need to cherish the people your care most when they are still alive, and warmth you enough to having good memories about them in your heart. have a very merry christmas everyone!
