Will India overtake China as the engine of global economic growth in the next few years? The country beat its north-eastern neighbor as the world’s most populous nation a year ago and India’s 1.4-billion population is a key growth factor, the outlet explains. Yet, reality suggests that having a large population does not translate to economic power, especially when there is no infrastructure to support economic growth, when poverty is rampant, and social tensions are at an all time high...

While India's population may be a driving force for economic growth, it is essential to address the underlying issues that hinder development. Without adequate infrastructure, poverty alleviation measures, and social stability, India's potential as a global economic powerhouse may be limited.

Investments in education, healthcare, and technology are crucial for India to sustain long-term economic growth and truly surpass China in the global arena. Only by addressing these fundamental challenges can India fulfill its potential as the next economic superpower.

The road ahead may be challenging, but with the right strategies and investments, India has the opportunity to lead the world in economic growth. Thank you for watching the video, and don't forget to subscribe to our channel for more updates and analysis on global economic trends.

Half of India's population still don't have clean water supply and proper sanitation. Malnourishment and borderline starvation are serious problems in India.

India tends to talk a lot but cannot back up with actions. Let them exit BRICS and join the US.
China just concentrate working with worthy nations in Asia, all of African nations, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Latin America.

Indian society is torn into many opposing fragments, while Chinese society is unified behind one clear vision. India has not the visionary government to pull off any great leap forward.

Historically, China was always bigger economy than India. India and China were at par after the war. You can gain some business playing the geopolitical game. But it doesn't change the fundamental of a country economy. India never have the same obstacles China has after the war. In theory, India should be very prosper if you believe in the western propaganda. But I have never seen a single country became prosper because of western interference. It is mostly due to their own sacrifice and hard working. I have to say India elitists really don't care about the poverty. Of course they don't want to do anything to change it.
