The blonde lady in the video clips is donna but the dark haired one with him was just a girlfriend at the time. He had other "girlfriends" because her dad refused to let her have anything much to do with him. Donna was his true girl at heart but they were forced apart by her father. This is pretty evident because to my knowledge, there are no known pics of them together. She does have a few in his room with his guitars after he died so they were pretty close still. The guy who introduced them told me she was his true love though he had many girls he dated. He was also the reason the demo tapes were heard by Del Fi and how Ritchie became a star.
