That's really nice, but it's still West for me. It's a great neighborhood and good if you work and do a lot of things in the area, but not convenient it's traffic
And commute time if you work and do stuff in town. Plus, until HEC
I build up their infrastructure and makes care of the current problems, pun intended, the area is plagued with frequent outages.

"Less is more" 😂😂😂 this lady is delusional... million dollar house's do not fit the bill of being considered "less is more" 🙄🤦🏾‍♂️ ...imagine paying a million+ for a house that the realtor walks through in less than 45 seconds if you take into account that stood on place talking... this is honestly CRAZY!
