The Rutgers Food Innovation Center (FIC) is New Jersey's statewide Food Business Incubation and International Soft Landings Program. Omega met with the team behind this innovative program to understand how they're helping this in the food industry learn about food safety, and how to scale their businesses. Those who come through this program leave with tenfolds knowledge greater than when they first came in, receiving food certifications, and an understanding of the entire process their product needs to go through, testing and measuring, all the way to production and packaging.
