Hello, Ladies & Gentlemen!
Here's a video on how to get two indicator applets, that shows you some of your hardware frequencies. The system load indicator shows you graphs of your system performance on your panel. The CPU frequency scaling indicator shows you the current speed of your CPU and lets you control its policy.

Install:
sudo apt-get install indicator-multiload
sudo apt-get install indicator-cpufreq

I can't find nor open my scaler. I successfully downloaded it from the software center, but nothing. I then tried terminal and it says I already have it. I can see it in my start up applications, but I just can't find it, nor open it. What's up with that?

Never mind. It so happens that it is a theme bug. Set the them to default, and it appears.
