This is my favorite one yet! I liked all the songs and moves and I appreciate when you show a simple form first before you speed up or add both arms and legs. I also liked the reminders to tighten my core and the voice instructions with the cool down! Great start for the new year!

I love everything about this! The song selections, the choreography, the duration -- it is perfect! Except for "Chaka Chak" all the other songs were familiar and it was easy to follow along. ❤🇳🇵💃🏻
