Q33 the answer should be "methodology" not method

back in 2020 we had simple tests and now they have made things complicated to milk money out of the ielts aspirants, in the transcript for the question no33 the narrator says methodology but in the key its methods, talk about making money off of vulnerable people, the fact that they don't even provide proper feedback on your test performance despite taking 13 days to announce adds another layer of complexity

wait question 31 should be questionare. The speaker literally said " a questionare ". The article indicates that this noun is singular !

Q31 the answer should be "questionnaire", the audio said "employees at a call center have been asked to complete a questionnaire about their work".

Q24 should be B, the girl said that she was taken aback that everybody they talked to thought this was a good return, the response was well written...., for C she was just disappointed only

Please question 33 is methodology as method wasn't mentioned although it is same. If you do that you will be encouraging students to guess their own words and that will be right so far as it suits the context and that will be out rightly wrong in ielts listening
