I literally did it over 100 times, and I realized my frame limiter was off. Internet told me to turn it on and voila! It's hella easy.

Limit your fps to 25. It helps alot, but i have no idea why. Maybe because it increases the time between "damage checking" ticks when you scratch your vehicle.

this is even harder than the wrong side of the tracks the car always falls onto 4 wheels before the finish and with the frame limiter on i reached the end but the brakes suck

Technique is to pulse the gas pedal, and use counter steering to keep the car on two wheels

Extremely easy if you limit your FPS to 30 as others have suggested. Was struggling with this in the "Trilogy Definitive Edition" of San Andreas. Woot!

I already turn the frame limiter on but still can't get it in an hour. Just can't find the way to make the car keep going, it always stops too soon. Turn out, after you leave the ramp, just let go accelerate and minimize the control as much as possible. It depends more on the ramp part rather than the balancing part.

fps limiter still gives me 1% damage even though i am not even damaging the car. they really wanted to annoy players with this one. you gotta be lucky if you have 100%

If you move a little bit to the left while on two wheels it can keep you longer then just pull a hard right when near the checkpoint amd you can pass it without fps limiter. You wont get gold but you can atleast move on from this horrid task

For anyone doing it with the defentive edition: turn off the 60fps mode in the graphic settings!
