Sony SRS-XB21 - How To Turn On The Extra Bass

Hi Guys,
In this video, I will show you how you can turn on the extra bass functionality of the Sony SRS-XB21.
It’s not so obvious as by the older model, since it did not get a dedicated extra bass button.
So first you have to turn on the speaker by pressing the Power button.
Then press the Play and the volume down buttons simultaneously for around three seconds.
The color of the Power LED changes from white to green, indicating that the speaker is switched to the STANDARD mode.
You can turn it to the extra bass mode by pressing the same buttons again.
The white LED shows that the speaker is switched to the extra bass mode.

You can also select the sound modes, using the Sony’s Music Center app.
In the app, select the speaker and wait till the app connects to it.
Now click on the Settings and select the sound mode menu item.
Here you can switch between the different sound modes.
Beside this, in the app, you can also find an equalizer where you can set individual bass mid and treble levels.
