I love UNIQLO and for gym goers like me I would suggest to stay away from small to medium sizes even if you are not that tall. The reason being is your back, shoulder and chest will sure hoard some of the length of the shirt. This will make it look short on you and make the stomach area a bit bulky. The key is to have shirt with a length that will go on the same level or pass your crotch or your pant's zipper. This will help you emphasis your muscle by making sure the tshirt is hugging your body as a whole but in the same time doesn't make you look like you have a gut or wearing a crop top. On a cold day the fit and feel of SUPIMA is superb. I'm only 5'5'' but I always look swole on a large supima tee with a proper comfort (Not the feeling of being choked to fit).

I have all three of these t shirts. I’m 5’9 and wear small in airism oversized tee and medium in the U tee as you’re right, it does shrink a bit. I find medium makes the U into a nice boxy tee

AIRism oversized tee looks awesome, I like how it looks loose but the length is not that long. The Supima tee looks great too. Great fit on you.

Uniqlo T shirts are great value. I have many and I had them for years and they get washed constantly and all T shirts have kept their shape and not a single rip or hole. Just the dark colors fade some, but they acquired a vintage look.

This is one of the best Uniqlo comparisons I've seen thus far. Definitely going to stick with the AIRism T with global warming being verified as a real thing. I can't stand these hot humid summers.

supima use to be slim fit now they change it i just bought its now regular and small looks really big for me now use to be my favorite tshirt
