Set up Windows 11 WITHOUT a Microsoft Account!

In the wake of Windows 11 Pro now requiring Microsoft accounts to set up your computer (which will be rolled out publicly with version 22H1), there is now at least one way to get past this and as a result, you can create a local account.

Commands used in Command Prompt:
cd oobe
bypassnro

Fun fact: The code execute a program from the oobe folder, which means that MS themselves put the program in there. It's the secret solution to skip MS Account.

I would love to have a windows like:
- Windows XP, debloated. No background apps, no Microsoft cloud services…
- Windows 7 design. Love the Areo glass effects and everything was ahead of the time.
- Windows 11 security updates… (or at least best performance)

Thanks big time! Worked flawlessly. No one should be forced to log into Microsoft to use their own personal computer. It's curious how some think using command line interface is risky. Must have been born well after MS-DOS.

nah why not use unattended.xml in panther folder with skip oobe. after installation go rest and back straight in desktop
