I don't see any Canzuk union being a centralised, federal state, but a loose confederation, based on trade, free movement and co-operation between independant states with a common culture, language and economic direction. The idea that the "British empire" will be reborn or some such, is ridiculous.

I can see CANZUK succeeding as a loose agreement, free movement and trade with some security/intelligence cooperation.

As an Australian i can't see it succeeding as a political union, for example theres a gulf between Aust and NZ regarding China and the US.
