We make a LEGO Disney-inspired cocktail in a double-trouble episode of Bricks & Libations, featuring LEGO set 43179 Mickey Mouse & Minnie Mouse, and special guest Krysta Foti (📸 @krystafoti)!

The cocktail we're making this week is the Mouseketeer Martini! This cocktail is inspired by the colours most associated with Mickey and Minnie (red, black, and white), and the high energy sweetness of classic Disney. The rich coffee flavour is complemented by the smooth and sweet finish of chocolate cherry Bailey’s.

🍸: The Mouseketeer Martini
1.0 oz Bailey’s Chocolate Cherry (regular Bailey’s is an appropriate substitute)
1.0 oz Tia Maria or coffee liqueur
1.5 oz espresso or coffee
0.5 oz cream or whole milk
0.5 oz Rumchata (optional: sub out with an additional half ounce of cream or milk)
Cherries for garnish (fresh or from frozen; raspberries can also be used as an excellent substitute)

1. Add all liquids to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake (~20 seconds); strain into a martini glass.
3. Garnish with two cherries.
