In response to your question at the end of the video:
If I would make a ice sandwich I would use a brownie as the sandwich part and on the inside I would add snickers icecream, peanut butter topping and some kind of chocolate sauce and roll the edges of the sandwich in sweetened chopped peanuts.

I think I would make my sandwich with brownie on the outside, chocolate and peanut butter ice cream, drizzled with caramel, the rolled in peanut butter and chocolate chips. Now I want an ice cream sandwich.
