So I just purchase one of these used and almost same crap. I specifically asked the seller, has this radio been modified or worked on in any way? His response and advertisement on FaceBook was. Used for 4 hours never touched. I opened it up and sure enough blobs of solder! Definitely not factory, but it doesn't transmit outside the band which doesn't matter to me. The other 2 components not shown in your video are present in mine. The radio otherwise seems to be fine. I am blown away by how many hams are slimy and just outright lie to your face.

Resistor value on both missing are 000 /000 . Noted on top of those resistors

Can you still turn HF power up to 100 watts? Or is it limited to 50 watts now?

How do you remove the speaker from the board to access this area?

My 891 just lost recieve. Any ideas what it might be? Could you do a video of how you fixed it

You didn’t do with the title of your video says. You didn’t show it being corrected.

Not sure what the two SMD's are (they do look like diodes). In my FT-891 they are marked 000.
