Texas DPS records reveal nearly 9 out of 10 people arrested on misdemeanors are POC

New numbers from the Travis County Attorney break down the racial demographics of misdemeanor arrests by the Texas Department of Public Safety since the start of their partnership with Austin police.

Nearly 90% of arrested are Black or Hispanic.

They need to arrest those one their phone just about 90% drivers are texting - in 2 yrs living in the EU I have only seen 1 and in 10 days in Atx just about every vehicle is texting.
