Joan Baez - Dangling Conversation [HD]

Joan Baez sings the Paul Simon song 'Dangling Conversation' from her 1967 Vanguard album 'Joan'. Simon and Garfunkel recorded the song as a single in 1966. The fading love in the song is characterized by the fading communication of the lovers and even the room "softly fading". The poets Emily Dickinson and Robert Frost mentioned in the song are represented by lines from their work that fit the song's theme. I've been to the cemetery where Dickinson is buried and two nearby libraries that have some of Frost's papers - perhaps the original manuscript of the famous "The Road Not Taken".
