Are High Noon Talon and Varus any good? (part 2)

High Noon Morgana. Put Morgana in a plains dress and retexture her spells to look like fire, with her root being chains.

I feel like a lot of the new skins are a bit underwhelming. Except Mordekaiser, train mechanoid from hell steals the show

Well... the short story gave Talon some emotional depth, which his character needed... yay...

I feel like riot has this problem of keep making one skin line, until it turns mediocre, like they did with the project skin line

High Noon Talon weapon and cape look wrong to me, even more than usual.
I think it's the proportions and angle of the blade that make it look wierd.
For the cape is a mix of the colors not looking great (the devil part blends in too much with the neutral color) and the fact that they added a size differential on top of the color one between the Angel and Devil sizes so it look really unbalanced.

Leona calling Viktor "Dr. Viktor" makes me think he will dress as a Wild West doctor, so maybe they'll take advantage of the setting with it.

i feel like riot just has a timeline for when they want to ship champ skins and when another for when they want to ship skin lines, and they just throw whoever they want to have a skin into whatever skin line they fall closest too, so now we get skins for champs that just don't make sense in a skin line, and need tons of lore to justify their inclusion.

also not a fan of the whole "half good half bad" champ they try to force into every skin line these days, whether it be talon here, yone, and I think they did something similar with project

That new varus skin is basically the best darkin skin in term of design and lore

I feel like there's room in the skin line for basic cowboys, and Varus is at least a visually appealing basic cowboy

I agree with that last bit, I’m in a wild west dungeon world campaign and everyone’s characters were designed vastly different
