I get so weirdly happy when you layer shades! The aqua over the dk brown made a deep teal that is so satisfying! When people say the palette they’re using is boring I want to shout, “Go watch Katie!”

I just can't with the Give Me Glow. The first thing I thought of was Makeup Revolution which for me personally is a major turnoff. I'm excited for the Nomad. I'll buy it whatever it is. LOL! I don't support SheGlam or Shein and I don't like Essence. "Good for the price" just means (to me) that it's not good, but doesn't cost much so it's okay. 😂 But otherwise I'm glad for a more boring week. It's been an expensive month for sure.

I just got the new Clementine collection from em cosmetics and I'm super happy with it my palate came broken and they sent a new one less than a week and they were so sweet about it

Nomad - looking forward to a fall themed palette. A surprise fave of mine is their Orient Express palette. It is SO perfect for neutral lovers with just enough color to play with to add some fun.
I got excited about their Okavango palette but I can completely dupe it with Sydney Grace and MUG singles. And I LOVE SG and MUG. Same with ND Yucca. Ngl, there’s a high probability that I’m gonna pick that one up though 🤭

I’ll prob pick up the ND mini in a sale. The mini Biba is a fave of for a flattering and easy go-to look. Her shades can go on deeper than they appear in the pan (the black shade is obviously not from the palette, if you watch her tutorials she usually brings in other products).
I haven’t tried Klarity but they are tempting and the Kroc palette calls to me :)

MAC still does themed releases /collabs like this year they did Keith Haring, a collection for Eid, an 80s inspired collab, Lunar New Year. I kinda like the look of this 😊 I really like their lip formulas and colour choices so I'm gonna have a look. What I love most when they do mini sizes of their lipsticks. It's hard enough to empty those 😅

we never get the Profusion collabs in the UK... I think their quality is really good. I have colourful quints which are really darn pigmented and the shimmer quality in those is awesome too

The ND picture looks like photoshop had a field day - the shadows NEVER look as sharp in real life.

Like you, I'm bored to tears with new palettes 🥱🥱. I honestly believe that we actually have ALL the colours available and it's only colour stories and formulas that are going to be the deciding factor from now on.

I saw a really confusing review for the new Butterfly palette. Someone said the whole palette together would have only 1.5 grams!?! of product which seems insane and physically impossible

I don’t like Essence eyeshadows. Someone did a sponsorship with them and said they were good, but when I bought them it’s basically chalk city. That’s why not everyone trusts every influencer who does reviews. 😂

🥱 I think the only thing interesting I saw this past week was from bellabeautebar...some mermaid inspired re-release. Absolutely love the look you did. I have both new give me glow palettes, this one and the blueberry, as well as the newest cosmic brushes palette still to try. I love Klarity croc palette.

I think the Lunar Beauty palette is a snooze fest! 😴 I’m sure his formula has improved but I had a bad experience with the moonspell volume 2 that I am kind of salty to give his brand another chance. Maybe I will someday but it has to be super interesting to me, and I’d wait until Black Friday or at least use an affiliate code if it’s limited edition and I don’t want it to sell out. 😮
