Yay!!! I live in SLC. We love Takashi in the valley (salt lake) for sushi and Tuille bakery for a pastry and coffee, also in the valley, If you’re looking for a stop on the way to or from PC and the airport. Shoulder season activities… PC has some of the best mt biking in the state… no E bikes allowed on the mountain but tons of e bikes and regular bikes around town. Also there is a fun music scene here with outdoor shows etc so it’s worth looking up shows here, even last minute. Also, good yoga and Pilates here with studios in PC very used to traveling and lots of drop in space available and welcoming
