Hello

In this video we have shared common issues and problems with their solution when creating eVisa account.

All UK BRP and BRC cards will come to an end on 31.12.2024. Anyone travelling outside UK will be required to have an eVisa from 01.01.2025 onwards. You must apply for eVisa as soon as possible.

My details not matching while applying evisa as brp expiring on 24 but in the system it shows 31-12-25. I can’t moving further . Help on this

Hi, while I am trying to apply for an e-visa, the details scanned by the BRP are showing only half of my name, and there is no option to edit it. Even after completing the BRP scanning process in the app, when moving to the next step in the application, it shows that the details do not match because the name is different. I am unable to proceed further due to this issue. Could you please help me with this?

Hi, i am facing a strange error with my evisa account, i have tried multiple times to confirm the identity with my BRP, and all the process had been done. But only at a single point after submitting all the details page jumped to website and showed page not found and need to proff your identity again and sometimes it also locked the application for haurs.
Highly requested to you, what can i do in this case... we are in worry..

Q7 applies to me - I have created my evisa on the 10th. Aug, still waiting. I contacted the home offie chat service and they told me it's a technical issue, they should contact me soon about it - fingers crossed!!

I have created evisa account on 15th of September submitted the details. But still didn't receive evisa status confirmation mail from UK VI. Does it take more time.

You are using the wrong type of documents - is the msg i m getting when i try to check my identity/ taking the 1st photo of the rear side of the card. What to do? Please assist. I have tried android too . same error.

When I applied from my country I used email id which is different from the id I used to create my evisa…is that any issue with that….because on my old email id I have received an email from gov.uk which says that I should do evisa process….i have already done this but with different email id….plz guide..

Hi, i had done my e visa for my old brp card which is expires in november.but i received my new brp card, and instead of updating the new card i created a new e visa application for my new brp card .

My residence permit expired in June, two weeks after it expired I applied for e-visa. But still my photo has not arrived in e-visa. What can I do? Also I have applied for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) it has been three months, no result has come yet I am waiting. Will there be any problem with my Indefinite leave to reamin application due to the lack of photo in e-visa?

Здравствуйте 🤝 Нужна ваша консультация по еVisa. Получил письмо COV.UK о том что физические BRP действуют до конца года. И нужно обновить UKVI аккаунт для получения еVisa. Обновил свой аккаунт через BRP 27.10.2024. Все вроде сделал правильно по инструкции. И получил вот такой имел; (What happens next:
We will email you to let you know when you can view your eVisa.
We will email you if we need you to submit any information again.) и (рефернс номер)Доступа к еВиза еще нет к сожжения. Что делать дальше просто ждать или все таки звонить в службу поддержки? Или же обновить еще раз свой аккаунт UKVI только уже через паспорт. В данный момент нахожусь в UK живу и работаю. Потому и волнуюсь. Буду очень благодарен за помощь.
