( I know that Peanuts are Not Nuts, but worth sharing that Peanuts, though quite tasty, - contain very high levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids ( PUFA, Omega 6). It has been well established in the medical community that a diet high in polyunsaturated fatty acids leads to coronary artery disease, chronic heart failure and other serious health problems.)
