Go to effects>lens>sharpen edges>adjust

Do nothing just change filter to 35.

before people go out and try this, i have been editing for years on capcut & am. i can verify many things come into play to get this kind of quality, first, some presets on capcut are only available for PRO and if you screen record it completely ruins the quality. second, if you screen recorded your video to begin with, and THEN add the presets, its still gonna be blurry and grainy despite all the editing you do because of the way you had it to begin with. instead, make sure you download the video to your gallery/files and *not* screen record. then you can add the editing effects you want, and another tip, make sure you add all the quality editing whenever you are completely done with the edit, because if you do it first, whenever you transfer the edited video to other apps to continue crafting the setting on the video, the quality wont be as clear. basically, the original, organic video is what the most important part of the editing process is- which is why i NEVER recommend screen recording (unless its recording audio.)
