la-di-da, di-da-di-dum. I’ve been wanting to learn this tune for a while. It seemed timely today with the weather changing and leaves starting to turn. Such a pretty melody. So here I am playing with some ways to arrange it on guitar. I’m playing a 1937 Gibson L-7 with a Charlie Christian style floating pickup through a Fender Deluxe Reverb.

Published in 1941 by Henry Nemo. Recorded by Nat King Cole, Chet Baker, Red Foxx/Smiley Rodgers of Sanford & Sons, Ella Fitzgerald/Joe Pass, and more…

This is how my dad played (til he passed at 95) I picked up some of it; this is beautiful; I watched your ‘Stardust’ video too; great to keep this chord & melody style alive

Erik, you seem to have developed a unique solo jazz style. Melody lines and rhythmic, comping of chords simultaneously. A beautiful sound with the pick. 
Astonishingly good. I hope you will do many more in this vein.
