This is one of the best performances of Home I've ever seen. It wasn't too dark or aggressive like a lot of other people, it sounded like a Disney princess yet it was beautiful and still rich. She is truly phenomenal. I'm taking notes since I will be playing Belle this year in my spring musical. <3

When I first watched this video a couple years ago, I was at my lowest darkest point in my anorexia. And while watching this I thought, “I want to be half as talented as her.” And in that literally exact moment i realized that in order to do that I had to get healthy. Ever since then, I’ve been working on my self and accepting help for my ED. I’m not 100% yet, but whenever I want to relapse into habits, I think about if Kara knew what she did for me and how disappointed she would be if I put it to waste 💕❤️💕

Kara Lindsay is one of the single most talented performmers I know!!
I lov how much emotion she puts into each and every performance she does;
When she was in Newsies, you wouldn't think it was her Broadway debut! She's freaking increible! But I see why the production team for that musical chose her (and Jeremy Jordan) to play one of the main leads;
Kara OWNS the stage and makes the character she's given her own and she's so gorgeously and insanely talented at body language, facial expression and stage prescence, same with Jeremy Jordan, he can present hiself as any character he wants and brings so much emotion to everything he does on and off stage! And they are just the best pairing for a show like Newsies.
She gave me goosebumps during this video! And I might have cried and listened to this on repeat for a few days to get all my feels out!

I’m offended that, whilst a lovely actress, Emma Watson/Autotune (someone with no singing experience whatsoever) was chosen to play Belle in the live action movie, when it could’ve been Kara.
