Symphony in the Park Sunday 12th March 2017 at Stage 88 in Commonwealth Park, Canberra. Conducted by George Ellis. Crowd of 14,000 had a ball and stayed through a the rain!

I have listened to ABBA since the 70's and am constantly amazed at the complexity of the music. They are not simple short radio pieces. Rather each composition is a complex mix of instrumental counterpoint with an overlay of four part harmonies. Watching BABBA with the CSO highlights what it it takes to restage what ABBA did with a fraction of the number of musicians. Wow.

ABBA is the most irresistible band i've ever heard. And i've been listening to rhythm and blues and rock and roll since 1957! Little Richard, Elvis, James Brown and His Famous Flames, Bill Haley and His Comets, and on and on. And ABBA is in that rare superstar class. BABBA and the CSO Symphony are right on the money paying homage to ABBA.

and finally ...an abba tribute thats 100 pct abba sounds ... even the accents are very accurate... i believe Benny did a good job on BABBA... the performers plays perfectly as Abba ..so deserving... "Winners takes it all"is just so emotional.. BABBA made me forget this is not ABBA... its BABBA from now on...i could hear agnetha/frida both singing in .. chilling

absolutely amazing.. Never saw this kind of ABBA performance with an orchestra. It shows how great all compositions by Benny are. Also BABBA have that unique sound in their voices that make it sound almost like the original. Plase make a worldwide tour !!!
