The whole reason we vote as a community. Just as validators can be slashed for misbehaving, Takumi was caught and the community wants his gains to be slashed. Personally, he should have returned majority of the airdrop if he truly believes in the project.

Why is the core team not giving takumi the chance to redistribute the tokens to there customers

Too much virtue signaling around this whole issue and searching for twitter likes on who can be the most outraged by Takumi's actions. Its sad and ridiculous when informed dissent is shutdown. Guess that's are world now. If governance is going to be put in the position to be a judicial court, then the burden of proof should be on the accuser Like you said, everything that was laid out by Wolf, if the Whale is allowed to exist, is theoretical. The only fact is that Wolf changed the outline of the airdrop prior to 16 and after the airdrop. Based on having a reasonable doubt of what CCN really is and Wolf's actions, I switched my vote to NO. I am not in the same opinion of you as altering balances, but if the community is going to vote to remove his balance, then there should be a clear set of facts on why the community is doing so. For the record, I have flip flopped 10X on this issue, who knows if I will change my mind again. Also, do you think the new wallets that are voting see this proposal as an avenue to future airdrops? I am making the assumption that people that would do this understand how voting power works. Thanks always for your videos and thought out opinions.

Thanks for doing this. It's very dignified and brave to come forward to publicly disagree. I agree with you heartily, and have taken a fair share of criticism on social media. Talking with various delegators the dissent isn't entirely unpopular. Despite the threats to re-delegate, there has been little. As to the legal aspects, I am not a lawyer so can't speak to that. Hopefully you find a crypto-barrister willing to speak on it!

What if takumi had the decency to give back the Juno to the community pool 🤷‍♂️ he already sold millions of $ worth of Juno that he should not of got! If he was interested in the chain immutability he could of done this but unfortunately all his interested in is his pocket 🤑 the community has no choice but to correct the error via governance takumi could of made this so much easier for everyone ❤️
