Hello! Your lessons are very useful, but there is a question. I have weight sensors, which are operated via statically configured connections (in network view). The PLC sends a request (SEND) and receives a response (TRCV). Sometimes there are some delays, and the response from the weight sensors results in a shift. I want to break the connection (TDISCON) after receiving the data (by the NDR signal of the TRCV function). Is it possible to use TDISCON without using TCON? Will the connection be established on the next TSEND call?

Hello and thank you very much for this awsome video, I have just a question for you: lest's say that i have established a connection between two machines with tcon, then i shut them down and power up simultaneously, will they connect automatically or the partner always needs to start first? thank you!

Hi, I'm using TCON Blocks to read a string from 2 RFID Scanner Controllers. When I do a download that requires the PLC to Stop and Start again (remotely) Occasionally I get a phone call from site saying that the Scanners aren't working. but when I look the connection is still busy and no error from the TCON. My solution normally is to initiate the TDISCON.REQ In the code and then TCON.REQ (which doesn't solve it) then I get site to power cycle the RFID Controllers and reconnect and then cycle the power to the PLC. I'm never sure what has solved the issue just after trying everything they seem to start working again. I guess my question is should the Error Output come on in this instance and should I then Disconnect and Connect when that happens?

Great, amazing explanation, although i have a question. Why wouldn't you want to keep your devices connected at all times? Which kind of process would you have that make sense to loose that connection? Thank you so much in advance :)
