My grandfather cheated on his wife with many ladies, and some of them cursed him I guess, as he made too many women cry and broke their hearts. My mother was very beautiful but unhappy in marriage, very hard life and her beauty faded away very fast. Me having a severe sleep disorder, porn addiction I am fighting with now, and... chronic prostate inflammation since the age of 25, I am practicing semen retention, go to the gym, eating healthy food, drink zinc and some herbs to support my prostate... want to go to Church every Sunday, pray to God. I know my men's illness is in some way a generational curse for what my grandfather did... but I will break it for sure with the help of Jesus, will meet a good lady, and have many healthy children in the future, the ones I will always love and stay with.

I know a few people in my life who feel curse and they do not have a positive outlook in life but rather live as if they are drowning, however do not make an effort to get themselves out of that dark place. Like Mark said, parents are an example for the children. They need to lay that spiritual, strong foundation from the getco.
It's sad because what happens from my experience the children no longer want that parent around. They don't care to see them. May the lord first and foremost cleanse our hearts, mind and soul but we must also put in the work to show an example to the children of the future.
