i did a ritual and got him, the ritual was on the top of beidous ship but i didnt sacrifice anyone i just stood there with anemo traveler . (it was before soft pity i think.) good luck to everyone who still hasnt gotten him!

This bench ritual really works for kazuha. If you’re pulling 10 wishes there is a very high chance that you will get him on the 7th wish. I also got him on my 7th wish
