seems like you have a lot of cash-flow problems, and by the looks of it you bought a LOT of extra land.
the territory fees are really expensive !!
try and keep it small (a few hexes to start) until you start to build up a good amount of money.
building lords manors parts and assigning them as a treasury will increase how much you can store aswell. very handy!
