Lots of great comments. It heartens me that so many people take the time to comment. I'm also very glad to see so many people throw around the word GENIUS around him, because he IS! The substance of his talk is wonderfully funny, but he mixes in all these subtle shticks that are virtuoso. You can actually hear the click of the metal ball in the can of hairspray, for example. A lot of what makes genius genius is those little, lovingly crafted details. He's 35 or so and this man has worked very hard to refine his craft, i hope like heck that he as an equivalently great agent.
