No criminal charges? They tried to MURDER AMY!. Only a divorce? That's hardly real punishment

A police report should have been filed, immediately. And the MIL should be looking at an attempted murder charge!

Dismissing allergies and forcing someone to eat is and will always be attempted murder!!

I mean I can understand people not fully internalizing the danger of allergies if they haven't experienced it personally. But to completely disregard allergies and just casually expose and even push it on somebody who has /told you/ they're allergic and then completely ignore them having a reaction is just complete disregard for their life.

Forcing someone to eat something they are allergic to can be construed as attempted murder if the allergic reaction is severe enough. The in-law definitely needs to end up in prison for this since she obviously shows no remorse over doing this.

If you're allergic to peanuts, you have to careful what kind of oil you cook with.

People need to teach their children proper boundaries, so they know their is no way that the kind of treatment she received is ever justified or justifiable!

I don't know why people don't believe in allergies. I have allergies and have run into this. They think you are exaggerating and eating a little won't hurt and encourage you to eat it.

You appear to have some new authors. The stories are a real improvement over the ones we had been given to read.

1) The OP: "My name is Nancy" and she has a sister named Amy.
Amy got married and had a mother-in-law.
Nancy said a few times "my mother-in-law". However, she is NOT Nancy's MIL.
She is Amy's MIL.
2) Amy called an ambulance. How in the world did her husband and MIL not hear the
sound of the ambulance siren as it got at there at their house then hear the EMT'S in the house while tending to Amy? Husband & in-laws where right next to her when she
had an allergy attack and collapsed.

Your right allergies are not a joke. I have several allergies and they have given me a lot of problems. Also I have asthma and if I get around people that have on strong perfume or people that smokes or some one has a truck or car that burns oil or diesel and they take off by flooring their vehicles and they blow out a lot of smoke out my throat closes up and I can’t hardly breathe and I can’t talk above a whisper. I am allergic to dogs and cats if they are in the house so I try not to go to anybody’s house where they have them because I also have asthma and if I do get around them I have to go to the hospital to get breathing treatments.

My grandson is allergic to animal hair, especially wool. Gave away "all" my wool clothing and kept the house sanitized as best i could, as i have cats. When he was little i babysat one night. While watching a movie he drifted to sleep. Got a blanket to put on him. But hours later he had strawberry colored, eighth inch high, golf ball sized welts on him and was starting to go feverish. Rushed to hospital qhere they stabilized him. Took a week to get back to normal. Seems an old ww1 army blanket had touched the blanket i used on him. Threw it out immeadiately. Had thought it so old as to be near harmless and had planned to put it in the dogs house. (Allergies are no joke!!) Turns out wool was the worst of his allergies when we took him in for testing.

Well done you and well presented ignorance is really a sin so is great looks can be deceiving the heart of a person is hard to detect unless things happen to show the type of heart it was good the human side of this story came full 😶 continue writing and narrating. Thanks again
